Stecak is a monumental medieval tombstone that lies scattered across Bosnia and some parts of SW Serbia and NW Montenegro. Graves from medieval kingdom of Bosnia. The tombstones reached their peak in the 14th and 15th century, before disappearing during the Ottoman occupation.
These tombstones are captured on plateau Hrasno (1020m), 20 miles north of Sarajevo.

Happy New Year! NIce subject…only people from the region an really relate to realities new, and old! What reshaped the landscape and the good people’s hearts and souls are not readily understood, or accepted! Too bad: events are a telling, again more for some than others, even it known that everybody learn in school history!
